You must have 24 months experience within the last 48 months of employment in researching and/or clearing copyrights, trademarks, underlying rights, intellectual property, stock footage, clips, stills, music, errors and omissions, script clearance and annotations.
- If you have less than 12 months experience, two current CLEAR members in good standing must endorse your application.
- If you have less than 12 months experience your are not eligible for membership at this time.
- Employment history must be verifiable. Current resume must be tendered with application for consideration.
- Dues is $100 annually due on January 1st.
